Moving and Direct TV

Today I canceled Direct TV , took over an hour of my time to do so. I did not cancel because of service, I canceled because I moved. Why on earth should it take over an hour to cancel service?   The customer service rep was nice enough,  but it took him forever to go through their procedures they have.

While I liked the service and would have gone back to them if I moved to a house that I could get service there. After today’s experience I would not.
