President Obama signs away more of U.S.A. Sovereignty

President Obama has done many things that I disagree with, however this one takes the cake. When he amended Executive Order 12425, he signed away more of our Sovereignty, President Ronald Reagen issued Executive order 12425 granting INTERPOL recognition as an International Organization, which gave them the same level of immunities and privileges as Foreign diplomats, except section 2c which is the section that President Obama has now granted them.

What this means is we have a law enforcement agency that operates inside the borders of the United States that is above our Constitution. The US headquarters for Interpol is inside the Justice Departments office in D.C. Just think for a moment, if the Agents of INTERPOL break into any office in the USA they are immune from prosecution, any evidence they gather can be used by the ICC in conducting trials against our Armed Forces. President Reagen issued the Original Executive Order 12425 written the way it was for this reason. Why would President Obama put any outside agency or organization above our Constitution is beyond me. I had thought that the Oath he took when he was sworn in was to Protect and Defend the Constitution from all enemies both Foreign and Domestic. How does one protect the Constitution from oneself?

It seems there is not much President Obama will not do in order to make himself look good and the United States look weak.

In reality, we have just handed over our sovereignty. Interpol headquarters in the US is currently headquartered in the Department of Justice. A ‘separate’ Interpol agency has been created in the DOJ – let that sink in for a moment. Interpol has been granted diplomatic immunity now by Obama – they have exemption from being subject to search and seizure by law enforcement, US taxes and immunity from FOIA requests, etc. This action could also be used to divulge American military secrets and a whole host of horrific practices having to do with going after our military. It’s the road to internationalism on steroids.
