Today as I was coming home, it dawned on me that I was done with supporting Company’s or Businesses that support Democrats. Prime example is my Dentist, Her and I have had some great debates about Politics, however since She donates her money to the DNC, money she makes partly from me, I can no longer take my business there. Now I doubt she will lose any sleep over it, after all I only spend about a $100 a month at her office. It’s self pay, I do not have dental insurance, can’t seem to find one that is worth paying for. While I do not have any ill feelings to her, nor will I name her, I can’t go back again. I feel that by doing business with Her, I am helping the DNC. Something I am no longer prepared to do. I am not just doing this to my Dentist, I am going to apply this to every part of my life, that there is a 99% probability that part of the money someone makes off of me will be donated to the DNC. I can no longer sit back and do nothing. Living in the People’s Republic of Maryland its about the only thing I can do to protest, other then moving. Which I would gladly do if my kids where not so old. Both are in HS now and would not be fair or cool to them.
Now will I still talk with those that I know that are Democrats? Sure just because we have different views does not mean we can’t talk or hang out. I am just no longer patronizing any business that supports the DNC.
