Politicians love pitting us against the rich. All by themselves, the rich have absolutely no power over us. To rip us off, they need the might of Congress to rig the economic game. It’s a slick political sleight-of-hand where politicians and their allies amongst the intellectuals, talking heads and the news media get us caught up in the politics of envy as part of their agenda for greater control over our lives.

While there is nothing at this point that really shocks me that Politicians try to do, its a shame that We as a Nation have sunk so low. Please don’t get me wrong both parties are guilty of this. However President Obama and his party are the ones in power at this time…..

Rep Joe Sestak (D-PA) reports that the White House offered him a high ranking job if he would drop his primary bid against Arlen Specter in the Senate race in Pennsylvania.

Not shocking anyone, Rangel refuse’s to step down as the House Ways and Means Committee Chairman, until the House ethics committee completes its investigation into a number of alleged rules violations. This despite Nancy Pelosi’s statements about having a clean and open Congress once the Democrats took office. Story is here from CNN and here from FOX

Sadly that’s not all, We have also insulted are biggest supporter in the World and in my opinion our only Ally that has stuck with us through thick and thin. There was no reason for the United States to get involved in the Falklands Islands, since the inhabitants are British Citizens and from everything I have read wish to remain that way… Story is here
