Term Limits

There comes a time when calling and writing your elected officials is just a waste of time. It seems that no matter what We the People want, they some how know better then us.
Its high time we set term limits on our Congressmen. If they think that because they have been there so long that they would do a better job then someone who just got elected, they are in for a huge surprise. Its time to do away with our ruling elite class, the class that was never intended to be made. Our founding Fathers never meant for public office to be a career. It was only meant to be a few terms and back to the private sector. Prime example of one who has made a career out of public office is Congressmen Hoyer. Reading his BIO I don’t see any other jobs he has had. While I am guessing he had to have a few during college I could be wrong.

For those who say that its better to have someone who knows the system in office, they should look at the way the Senate got the Health care bill to the floor. It only took a 100 million dollar bribe to one of the senators who’s vote they needed.

Times are changing, and we need to do away with the Old Guard
