Since I was not sure if the bill would stay up on Senator Lincoln’s web page very long I figured I would add it here. Please note that I have not added the amendments that have been passed, during the Finance Committee mark-up. Since I only read the first 15 pages so far, heading to bed now, I will not be making in comments about it today.
